PURPOSE
The purpose of the Society is to act as a central dissemination point for information about activities related to decorative painting, raise and maintain a high standard for the art of decorative painting and stimulate interest in and appreciation for the art form.
Our chapter began in May 1994 and received its SDP Chapter Affiliation at the 1996 Nashville National Convention. The initial membership was 22 and the first meeting was held at the Concord Chamber of Commerce offices.
