DESCRIPTION:
- Generate income for the Toll Bridge Tolers Chapter
- Coordinating Fund Raising Events as have been done in the past:
· Raffles
· White Elephant Auctions/Sales
· Box Socials
· Selling of Printed Logo Articles
- Collecting monies from these fund raisers and completing a transaction record and turning in all monies to the Treasurer. Note: All checks received are to be made out to Toll Bridge Tolers
- Submit newsletter articles publicizing upcoming events
- Attend Board meeting to report/plan upcoming events and deliver monies that have been raised
- Annually prepare a budget
- Track budget, expenses and profits all year and report out as necessary
- Maintain up to date Chapter manual
OUTPUTS FROM POSITION:
COMMITMENT:
- Varies depending upon events being sponsored
- Newsletter articles - 1 hour per newsletter
- Attend chapter meetings - 3 hours per month
- Attend board meetings - 3 hours per month
RELATIONSHIPS:
- Work with Newsletter editor to submit articles in advance of upcoming events
- Work with Program Chairman to coordinate events for Chapter meetings
- Display a love and appreciation of decorative art
- Work with other board members at meetings and chapter activities
